I am having the same problem as before mentioned when the truck is shifting from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 1st and it clunks into gear or downshifts hard. I have had it into the shop 3 times and they keep giving me the run around saying that that is normal for a 4x4!! I let them know that I have been driving a 4x4 all my life and have not experienced this problem before. I have an '01 QC 4.7 and only 500 mi left on my warrenty! I am debating on getting the extended warrenty or just getting rid of it all together! Any thoughts?
