i have a dodge ram 1500 pickup truck. the problem startet with trm who changed from 1000 to 500 and back. the motor turned off when i braked. check engine led goes on. i could sometimes not drive anymore it was like the motor has no more power and did not run properly.
a car electric did read the errors and quitt them. there was temperatur sensor and code 1762.
after quit the alarms the motor could not be startet anymore. they told me the motor electronic unit is broken. so i ordered a new one. they replaced it and programed it. motor runs but only in one gear. the alarm code 1762 is still on. after 30 sec. many error lamps ltart to light like seat belt abs... they do not turn off anymore.
the car electric company does not know what to do now. they dont even know where the pressure sensor is.
please help and sorry for my bad english!

P1762
GOV Pressure Sensor Offset Volts Too Low Or High
Sensor would be on side of transmission , but
with all those problems sounds more like
" dirty " connections = probably at the computer..

P0152
2/1 O2S Voltage Shorted To Voltage

to 01 dak
Possible bad 02 sensor - otherwise as above
wiring problem - possible pinched wiring ?
Do you " offroad " , or has anything been done under the truck recently ??

Engine oil pressure is unrelated to code P0740.

P0740 = Torque Converter Clutch control circuit. That's in your transmission.

The rest is up to you, unless you want to tell us which transmission you have.

P0740-TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH CONTROL CIRCUIT
When Monitored: During Electronically Modulated Converter Clutch (EMCC) Operation.
Set Condition: Transmission must be in EMCC, with input speed >1750 RPM. TCC-L/R Solenoid achieves the maximum duty cycle and can not pull engine speed within 60 RPM of input speed. Also when the transmission is in FEMCC and the engine slips TCC >100 RPM for 10 seconds. This DTC can take up to five minutes of problem identification before illuminating the MIL.
