I wouldn't worry about it. If you do fail inspection ("sniffer" test), then i'd be worried about something else wrong with the engine. These trucks run very clean as is. The Carsound Cats are OBD-II compliant as well.

My 2002 truck has an 02 sensor after the 3rd cat. Lucky me. Can I use that 94016 part number on my truck? I'm assuming I would just have to weld in an 02 bung. Or is there a direct fit cat for my truck?

They just weld it in line with your existing pipe and this is also a great chance for you to increase the pipe from the y-pipe back to the muffler to 3". Then just weld a new o2 bung that.
