I remember seeing an aftermarket pan for the 545-RFE transmission. It's aluminum, very expensive, and hangs lower to the ground than any of the "skid plates" or cross-members. Aluminum is good for giving up heat, but if you go off-road at all, it would be more of a liability than a useful add-on.

Here'a a web site with pics on a Hemi Ram pan change out.
That sure looks like a 545RFE in the pics, and this pan doesn't hang much lower than the stock one.

Very nice looking pans for the 45RFE, too bad they want so much for them. If they were smart, they'd drop the price by about 50% and probably sell about 10 times as many. $195 for the plain and $305 for the polished, yikes!
This the black powder-coated pan for $235.
