For the cam...I would call Comp Cams, tell them what you have and what you want to do, and let them recommend the best cam. For the head combo....blonde and brunette would be my choice.

you could check out edelbrock also. they probably have a complete package. also, KRC or Hughes could do you some good.
although, davec's got a good idea on the head combo. LOL

You need to figure out what you want to do. Drag truck, towing, daily driver with some oomph, street/strip, etc?
Heads you are limited to only a few choices: Mopar 1.92 or 2.02, the new Edelbrock heads, or a ported stock set.
Cams: you can get almost anything. 210X is supposed to be a good everyday cam. RT cam is emissions friendly. Many others are more extreme. Depending on the cam choice you may need to address rockers, valve springs, pushrods, guideplates, intake and exhaust.
