I have a 2001 Dakota 4x4 with 4.7 engine, I left the switch on and killed the battery, after we put jump start on and cranked it the idle will not go below 1800 rpm,s. I have driven it about 20 miles since and still idles to fast. Any ideas. Thanks Glenn

Disconnect the negative end and wait about 15 minutes. If that doesn't work, take it to Autozone and they will reset it there.
