2lb hammer and a good punch should do it. support the arm so you hitting against something solid. or you could start drilling.

I just replaced my lowers and I was up against the same thing. I went too Home Depot and bought a drill bit set for 15 bucks and started with a small one and worked my way up till it was all drilled out. Hammered for 3 hours on one revit, drilled for 45 min and had all 8 rivits out! Good luck, it is a bunch of work but it made a big difference in ride quality on mine.

rtdkota,
Nice product with all the hard work done already, but seems a bit pricey.

Thanks Gary-- when you go price out the parts for the project, add in the powdercoating-- you'll see where all the money goes. I cover my mechanic's labor time, and make a very small profit on each set. The time savings for people and the ease of installation is well worth it (as reported to me by my customers).

rtdkota,
I have no doubt that your prepared arms are a time and hassle saver. I keep looking at getting the package myself. Actually I did price out the parts. Ball joints and E.S. bushings came out to around $300. Not sure what powder coating costs, but lets say $100 for the set of arms. That leaves about $300 for your mechanic labor and profit. I'm a technician myself and with my shop rate at $75/hr. I'm sure that I could press in all the required parts in an hour with the appropriate equipment. So there you go. Not trying to slam the product, I think it's a great idea and big hassle saver. Just wondering if it's worth it. I work hard for my money as I'm sure most people do.

Gary F, you forgot to add the tie rods and the bump stops in that equation. Im glad I have a 96 with the factory greasable ball joints so I dont worry about that.

rtdkota, I have a question for you. Do have any viper fan kits available for the Gen II trucks. Actually all I really need is a fan shround and fan and me and my dad can make the relays and controls for it.

Hey rtdkota: Are you the one that has nitrous on ebay because I just bid 200 dollars and got outbid. Looks like there is gonna be some competition on ebay for that nitrous.

Mopar318,
Yes, I did forget the other parts. It was an oversight.
Looks like a better value all the time!

Mopar318 -- I sell the fans, but haven't adapted them to the 92-96 body style yet. The wiring can be 'figured out'-- but if you go with something less than the relays/fuse/wiring that I use-- the fan won't last long (and or the relays)--- I over built it so it would last.

Yeah that's my nitrous kit-- unloading all my stuff I don't want to pack up when I move--- going full time with my bizness-- so it's gonna crazy real soon.

Gary F -- you have to remember, there's time involved to strip the arms as well, and prep them for the ES bushings. I also buy Moog bushings to reuse those shells, because you'll destroy the factory shells removing the old bushings (and ES only comes with 1 set of outter shells).
