 Subject: R/T Over Heating

Ok, So far I have changed the Thermostat (Put in a new 195 and I have tested it), changed the rediator cap, did a total flush of the system and i still have a minor overheating problem.
Here is what it does: No problem with overheating at highway speed or Idling. In stop and go traffic is when it wants to start overheating. Anyone have any recommendations on what else I can do?

One more question, Should I consider changing the Termostat to a 180?
