If it is rebuilt properly it should be fine. You need to be concerned about tuning for a s/c though. Any engine can be built to handle a s/c, but if it is not tuned properly you will be blowing head gaskets left and right.
I can get a reman 318 installed in my truck with warranty for $2100 locally. (Dallas, TX)

I bought a complete 360 with accessories, exhaust and wiring harness/pcm for $750 shipped. That was a pretty good deal, but should give you a ballpark. This was a 30k mile engine too.

assumeing someone like myself wanted to drop a 360 in my 93 dakota. lets say i get it out of a 93 ram. would my intake and accesories bolt right up to it, then just change the computer and drop in those 360 injectors?
93 cc 4x4 318 auto.
