I took my truck to the track for first time this week. My truck is a 1996, RC, 318, auto with 3.55 open differential. My only mods are were K&N intake and dual exhaust with no muffler. I ran a 15.5 at 88 MPH. It was 85 degrees out and 95% humidity
I just put on gibson headers, JBA Y-pipe, and built an IAT adjuster. I will have to see what it runs next time at the track with those mods on. Hopefully If I go when the weather is a little cooler I can get into the 14's.
By the way the other truck I ran against was a 99 R/T and he ran a 15.9. He was sure suprised of my little Gen. II truck
