Heres my question. I am looking into getting a '02 Reg Cab 4.7 5 speed Dak to use as a tow rig/ daily driver for my soon to be 10" lifted Cherokee. I am thinking about ordering it with the no slip and 3.92 gears and heavy duty service group. What I think would be sweet is if I could lower it and place air bags in the back so that I can adjust the rear ride height when the load is placed on it. My question is, how come I cant find any Dak specific performance stuff other than that on the Speed Tweeks site? So, I guess what I am looking for are links for air bag systems and 4.7 performance mod places or anything like that. Thanks guys.

Well as far as the performance end of things go, things are pretty limited right now. You could get TB's, cold air intakes, Computer flash, supercharger, exhaust, headers, IAT adjuster, and a few other little things, but that's about it right now.

I'm not into the air bags, but here's a site that deals with kits...

Good Luck. I've had my '00 SLT 4.7 5-spd 3:92 RC for about a year now, and it's proved to be a good truck.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like your truck is like what I want to get, exactly what I want. Hows the mileage with the 3.92 gears and do you tow with this truck?

I have a 2002 RC SLT+ 5spd 4.7L 3.92 LS 2WD and..

Not bad with the 3.92s, not bad gas at all. I was moving 500-900lbs. of dirt (in the bed) back and fourth this Saturday and my truck and it barely noticed it! The $40 for the 3.92s are WAYYY worth it.

I havn't towed anything with this truck yet..nothing to tow!

Why don't you just use helper springs?? I don't think bags are what you're looking for.

oops, I meant to post this last night but I never hit post..lol.
