Hi everybody, I'm new to the site and like what I see so far, but it's a lot to take in. I don't know if some of you posts are the same as what I'm talking about or not, but my 2002 4.7 has been doing some wierd sh!t lately. On June 15, I took it to a local Dodge dealer for it shutting off when I push the clutch in and it drops down to an idle, and it revving high (intermittenally) when the a/c was on and hauling a load. They replaced the cam position sensor and told me it was losing count but couldn't figure out why it was revving high. Well it's still idling high but last night it shut off on me again like it was doing before. I was thinking it may also have a faulty ground, but I have yet to get a repair manual to find out where they should be located, or at least I hope it's unlike my old Dodge Shadow and has more than one Ground. If you guys could give me some hepl I'd appreciate it.
