 Subject: Auto-RX, Do I need it?

The only reason I am hesitant on trying the Auto RX is because of the price. I know that it is highly reccomended here, but if you go to other boards, there are brands like this that everyone stands behind nomatter what...On a grand cherokee forum, SeaFoam was the fix all. On a stereo forum I go to, SVS subs & silver serpant wires were the cats ***.
My main question is, I guess is, Do I need it on a dakota thats a 1992, has 75k miles on it, has been getting dino quaker state oil changes every 3000 miles, and runs regulas octaine gas?
