 Subject: Exhuast fumes

I have a 5.2L with 94K on it. Lately, when I start it in the morning I get an exhuast smell, when I have the windows open. The smell is like the normal exhuast, out the back, but I get this immediately upon start up. Its strong though, but doesn't seem to be the cat, and I haven't found any leaks. Could this be the header flange, I have Gibson headers. Also, the smell goes away as soon as its warmed up a little and I don't get it for the rest of the day.

A lot of engines start up leaner than normal on start up, specially cold mornings.
