I was out in the bush yesterday and when i engadged my low 4x4(turn knob)from a stop....it wouldn't engage the light that indicats if it is on or not just blinks????? anyone know whats up. I don't go in the bush much and have hardly used the 4 low till now.

to put it in 4 low. yo uneed to have it in neutral and then switch it to 4 4 low also have the brake off I think. but I lknow it needs to be in neutral

you should also be rolling SLOWLY in neutral (2-3 MPH) and it will go in..

My '01 owners manual says complete stop, trans in neutral, then turn the knob.
