You might want to go ahead and replace the spark plugs. They should have been done four times by now.

4.7L 195 000kms. On my third ps pump, all under warranty. Watch for individual part warranties, the ps pump came with its own 1 yr replacement warranty and broke within that year so we got it replaced again and no problems with it after that. around 100k km's this all happend.

I drag a few atv's on a 24ft tandom axle trailer weighing just under 6000lbs along with 3 ppl and gear up and down and around old logging roads in northern ontario 3 or 4 times a year. Takes us 5 hours to get there roughly from where we start.

It's a QC, stock truck with no mods. Been doing this since we bought it new.

This is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned.

112000 and some change; only a few issues, over time.
bought at 36000 miles, had the service contract added. Glad I did.
Usual damp floor board on passenger side, they sealed the heater box and drilled a drain hole in the passenger floor board, no problem in the last 40k miles.
At 65k the ball joints went, was a recall item.

blower motor resistor just went, fixing before the az summer gets here.
had to replace both front rotors at around 50k as they stuck, and warped.
original starter, original waterpump, alt radiator so forth.
Eats batteries like one a year, but its az so i havent had to actually purchase a battery in 4 years.
no leaks, no drips no problems to report.

2000 CC 4x4 5 speed
205000 miles.
Still running the original clutch, even after pouring yellow
smoke crawling out of snowy ditch in 2 nd gear at 50k and
then 20k for the warped flywheel or clutch to smooth back out!
Just have a metal on metal sound sometimes makes me
wonder if there is any friction material left on clutch.
Seems like tranny synchronizes are bad now, intermittently
hard to shift the last 8k miles. Need to start going through
clutch and tranny.
Had the wet passenger floor for a few years until I replaced the
heater core around 140k.
Did the fan clutch around 150k due to fan not engaging one
morning, but worked for a few weeks after.
I get the PCV sensor engine light every year or two but it goes
away soon.
Engine kept full power until around 175k, then started getting
tired. Nothing whatsoever done to engine, except plugs and
fluids of course. Trying to choose between working on or
replacing engine now. I've got a pinging sort of noise mostly
just at cold starup, could be several things, but still runs good
after warmed up.
I live with the brake problems mostly, change them every few
years.
Burnt through some tires and u-joints back in the day. That 5
speed and 4.7 power are great, used to burn rubber well into 3
rd gear in stock form!
2nd Dakota and hoping those f'ers will start making them
again.
