DOES ANY ONE HAVE AN IDEA WHAT WOULD CAUSE THE TACH TO MOMENTARILY JUMP (OR FLICK, PLICK, SPIKE, HOWEVER YOU MAY CALL IT). IT ALWAYS DOES IT IN A POSITIVE DIRECTION, ABOUT 1K RPM. CANT FIGURE IT OUT, I HAVE NEW HALL EFFECT SENSOR, CRANK SENSOR, AND PCM.

tach drive module on the back of the cluster. Most early 90s Chrysler products used it. It is a small circuit board that slips onto the tach side of the cluster. It is known to fail - bad designe. That may be your problem. The connectors sometimes need a little extra tension to maintain good contact so you may have to pull them out a little.
