No codes kicked. tach works. change ECU on passenger front fender. Checked ground. Pump works when hooked directly to battery. all out of answers. any one ever had this?

check relays on working circuit(do voltage drop test) could be a weak relay which checks out ok wheck tested cold but heat affects resistace so best to test it in operation or just change it.

I know you said you checked all the relays, but it sounds like the AutoShutDown relay.

Check this, take the relay box off the left fender with wires still attached turn the relay box upside down, now in the cluster of wires that come from that box about 3 in up wires might be corroded inside the loom...Good luck

Kevin, You'd better listen to Woodrow and Joe, this is a common problem on your Dak. This has been identified before on this forum. Do a search!
