I hopped on to the freewat and i realized my service engine soon light was on. I have a 2002 5.9 R/T with 32000 miles on it. I cant tell from driving it what might be wrong, and yes i checked every thing such as fluids ect... Before i take it in tomarrow any one know or has had this problem? This way i know what to expect.

you can turn the ignition to on then off then back on then off then leave it to on and it should tell you the codes. then just post on here. someone should be able to decode them for you. and if you want to reset your computer. just disconnect the neg batt term. and then hook it back up in about 30 sec. and will reset the computer.

as far as your prob it could be anything. the cel can come on for anything.

yeah, that light comes on if I sneeze too hard in my truck... just kidding. he's right, do the ignition trick, it'll read out on the ododmter display, then, repost the code under a new topic with the code number in the topic... you should get an answer pretty quick... some of the "self help" books such as Haynes also display the fault codes too, but thats only half the battle. once you get that code, and figure out what it is, you have to find the source.. which can be easy, on some, and elusive on others.. manytimes, its just a loose sensor, and I'd say at least 75% of the time it wont hurt to drive the truck while that light is on.... good luck!
