 Subject: Fuel Clamp? WTF?

Took the dakota to a shop to hook up the aux fuel pump that came with my powerdyne sc, and the guy said he might need a special tool, or the factory clips broke off? WTF?
It the part that hooks right into my driver side fuel rail. He couldn't get that off, is there a special tool or internal clips...this is driving me insane.

Man if that shop doesnt have the tool to remove quick disconnect fittings you might want to find another shop, but anyway, yes go to a parts store, very cheap, its called somthing like fuel quick disconnect, or somthing like that
