They are alot snappier than the V-6. Take one for a drive from a dealer. Just tell them you are interested in trading then test drive it and go home. No need to deal with the salesmanafterward unless you are going to trade right away.

they never have v8 4x4 cc's around me
thus the reason for the v6 and the b*tching
even still with all my whining ive never driven a car that i liked better, or was more fun.
heres what i have to compare it to
1. 1981 caprice classic 4.1 V8
2. 1990 volvo 240 dl 2.4 I4 (painfully slow)
3. 1994 jeep cherokee sport 4x4 5 speed
4. 1994 jeep grand cherokee limited 5.2 V8
(fast but handles bad)
5. 1988 K5 Blazer 5.7 V8(handles like a tank)
6. 1999 pontiac grand am (sort of fast but sux in my opinion, bad handling)
7. 1995 Mercedes Benz C220 (not all its cracked up to be, but fast for the engine size)
8. 2002 Honda Civic (a lot better then I expected, but still a civic is a civic)
weak list but i like my dak the best

Here's an idea. Go to the dealer. Tel him you want to test drive ANY V-8 Dakota. Doens't matter 2wd, 4wd, CLub Cab, Reg Cab.
That will give you a taste. Once you get that taste in your mouth, you will be figuring out how to sell that V-6.
I don't want to hear how there's no V-8 Dakotas near you. You get off your damn couch and drive til you find one. This weekend. No excuses. You owe it to us and yourself.

sorry to inform you but the V6 dakota's don't fly, i smoked one at the track the other day 2 wheel drive at that with my 4.7 4x4 5speed with 4 small mods as in intake, jet module, tornado,and flowmaster muffler, he only able to run an 11.3 in the 1/8, i ran 9.7, so get rid of the 3.9 and get you a real mans truck

The tornado is a small peice of non moving sh!t that idiots stick into their intake because they were up at 3 in the morning and were suckered into ordering it. Several magazines have done tests with it and it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Hey QUADMAN ,I saw this thing you put around your fuel line to organize the molicules ,they say it gives 25% better MPG should I buy one .HEHEHE :>) I think it was $19.99 + s&h.I think it will work well with my TB spacer , another small peice of non moving s!!t.
