first and second shift at 5200 rpm and third shifts at 3700 rpms with the foot to the floor what is the reason for this it on a 99 r/t with a vortech blower and shirt kit. its killing me at the track

If your running it at the track, can you not manually shift it?
It's not very hard to do.
Meanwhile issue is likely the TV cable out of adjustment, move it a max of 1/8" at a time though as it is very sensitive.

this is with overdrive off im having the problem. i moved the tv cable alot it wont fix it
