Relax, most companies do credit returns at the end of the month, then it takes approximately another month for your credit card to issue the credit, because, guess why? they to do that at the end of the month also.

We're still filtering through some problems we had from the transition period (end of February - mid March). While we do make mistakes (we're human) we will try to take care of problems that resulted from the move.

I looked through some old notes and found the conversation we had Dan. Refund of $409 has been applied to your PayPal account (refunds are given via payment method).
I do apologize for the excessive delay on this. We honestly made a mistake (screwed-up) but it has been taken care of.
