Common. There has to be someone out there that removed theirs from their engine and are just using an electric. Anyone?

Can you take some measurements of it for me? Basically I need the diameter of the fan and then the total lengthfrom where it screws onto the water pump to the outsides of the blades (need to know how much room I need between the pump and the rad).
Will the 92 fit my 2001 engine? It has one big threaded piece that sticks out of the water pump. I have this engine in my 68 Dart. Thanks.

Break down and pop $50 for an aftermarket replacement, or, I guess $150 from the stealer. I bought one from AutoZone and it worked great for 1 1/2 - 2 years, then the truck started getting hot towing, only towing.
I took it off and AutoZone replaced it, no questions asked. They might not be the best fan clutches, but what the heck it has a lifetime warranty and the origional one only lasted 3 years.

I will sell you my 2000 clutch fan for $60 shipped. I ditched it and run a Viper fan (I make the Viper fan kits for 2000+ Dakota 3.9 & 5.9Ls-- finishing up the 1997-1999 3.9/5.2/5.9L)
