Sorry about posting twice before...anyway the part # for the fuel rail for an '00-'03 4.7 is 53030848AC, list price is $327 dealer cost is $196. The part # for an '04 is 53032721AA. List is $320 dealer cost is $192. Let me know if you are still interested.

Ok, if I pulled that item off my 4.7L, would I need to bleed the air out once I put the new one on?

No need to bleed the system. When your key is turned to the "on" position, it will prime/bleed all the air out for you by running the fuel pump.
