Wow, I spent some time looking for the cfm ratings for the stock magnum engines. I finally found a good listing at
http://www.kilbyenterprises.com/throttle_bodies.htm so I copied some of the information here.
Hope it's helpful.
1992-2003 Stock to mildly modified 3.9L V6
48mm TB flows 660 CFM @25"
5.2L and 5.9L V8, Modified 3.9L V6
The 50mm Throttle body flows 760 CFM @ 25". Factory V8 throttle bodies flow 635 CFM @ 25"
1992-2003 Modified 5.2L and 5.9L V8
52mm TB flows 860 CFM @ 25"
