 Subject: 99 5.2, does it have potential?

How does this sound?

5.2L V-8, 5 speed, power everything, 3 inch body lift, 33" Mud tires. Hypertech power programmer,intake, exhaust and much more.

What would that stuff do to the gas mileage? It is a 99 with around 45,000 miles. Does that seem suspicious? Thanks for any opinions!
