 Subject: 99 5.2 RC Won't Shut off

I generally can find the info I need by doing a search here, but I can't seem to find anything this time. My 99 5.2 Dak has started running really rough lately. It's a 5 speed, I will shut it off , remove the key and it will continue to run. (a green 4 while drive light comes on, only it doesn't have 4 wheel drive) Usually only for a couple of seconds and it will choke out. Lately though, it will just keep running, I can rev the engine as if I still have the key in, I have to put it in gear and stall it to get it to shut off. The fuel mixture smells very rich. I haven't check for any codes yet, which I am going to do tonight. It has about 75k miles on it. I am thinking I need to change the 02's and run some seafoam through it. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.
