 Subject: Black Magic fan HELP!

I just bought a used Black magic fan off EBAY, it has the thermostat on it but it has 5 wire connections on it. I figured it would just have a plus and minus and the thermostat would do the work. Does anyone have their directions and can either scan them or tell me how to wire this thing up?

There is a power, ground. then a contact are for a remote power on. I cannot think of the others.......I have one on my exploder at home. It seems I jumpered two of the pins to each other for some reason, maybe there are two power inputs?
