I'm running a single in-out stainless steel delta flow 40-series Flowmaster. All I did was replace the OEM muffler. I love it. Deep rumble at idle and very strong acceleration tone. Mellow type of loud in the cab.
I have also heard a lot of good things about Magnaflow. Magnaflow is a little cleaner, somewhat quieter, deep rumble.
These two mufflers seem to be the biggest topic when it comes to mufflers on Dodge Truck World (dtwtrucks.com) where I am a member. Most everyone there is running Flowmaster or Magnaflow.
