I'm looking for info on the Hooker headers that are used on the '97-'02 Dakota's that are raced in stock eliminator. Part # , price , or any info at all about these is greatly appreciated.

What Engine;4.7 (287) 5.2 (318), 5.9 (360)?
Hooker, and for that matter, Edlebrook, Hedman and the other Major Brands only make for the 5.2, and 5.9. Gibson, JBA, Borla for the 4.7.

They're going on a '99 318 Dakota . The ones I'm looking for are a full-length , under chassis style. I've looked at shorties and I figuere if I'm going to spend $500+ for a set of headers I might as well get something that will work.

I would try Doug Thorley. I consistently hear good things about them. I think they and Hooker are pretty much your only long-tube choices. You may end up having to cut & re-weld a tube or two to get around the steering gear on the driver's side, though.

Update: Hooker Super Comps - #5803 is the long tube headers for an '87-'03 Dakota with a small block.
I ended up getting Edelbrocks with the Y pipe and 3" single exhaust with a 40 series Delta Force Flowmaster with no cat.
