Okay, lets try this again. Has anyone taken the top speed governor off their r/t? If so, how fast is it now? I heard a PCM will only raise it to 118mph? Can anyone help?

I was just wondering because I heard the factory Goodyears were only speed-rated at 118mph, and a pcm upgrade would only raise the speed to 118mph. I thought it was bull crap so I was just seeing if anyone had tried it. I really want to get rid of mine because when it shuts off at 115, it literally throws you foward because it's still pulling so hard.
