how many miles can a 4.7L go through before it starts running rough and starts breaking things. im a chevy guy so i dont know but im thinking about getting a dodge dakota SLT

I have a 2004 dodge dakota with the 4.7lt engine. I just bought it and I am haveing problems with it. When you accelerate to fast it starts to stall. The crankshaft and camshaft sensor codes are on so I replaces them but the problem still persists. Does any one know what is wrong

Howdy.....350K!!??
That's remarkable, I'm replacing water pump, TPS, fan clutch, and emissions hosing at 130k. Questioning wether to keep going through the next 40-50k miles or so, but your dedication gives me hope.
Do you run conventional oil in yours? I started on mine 40k ago, wonder if it will prolong it or not.

I changed to full syn oil at 100,000.
