 Subject: 318 to 318 magnum swaps

I currently have a 1991 318 4x4 dakota. I am looking at rebuilding the engine and have considered swappping in a magnum from the local wrecker for more power. Does anyone know what difficulties I may run into ie: computer, wiring harness? The other option is modifying the current engine to gain more horsepower. any advice is greatly appreciated.

the easiest swap uses a mopar performance manifold for a carb, that way no fuel injection.
Im not sure about using the fuel injection.
