Does anyone know of any package kits to boost hp on a 2001 r/t? Something like the lightning killer package, but i am looking for more options? Or should i just go ahead and get a bigger engine? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanx

I have not looked at a Mopar Performance catalog in a few years, but they used to sell the R/T heads, R/T cam, Headers, Roller Rockers, M1, and Valve Covers as a kit and it was called the R/T package. There was a significant discount for buying all these items together as a kit. That was like 6 years ago. They probably aren't doing it anymore. A gen2 with this kit could easily run 13's back in 1996 and that was with a 5.2L

It was cheaper than the Lightning Killer package and it made almost as much HP.

dakotart01,
Sorry, but I've been trying to locate a web site that has the entire M/P Catalog and I have been unsuccesful. Manicini has a large selection online, but they don't even have but about half of the stuff that's in the M/P Cat. I guess I'm going to break down and buy a new one. I'm going to have to go to my mini storage some day and did out some of my old M/P catalogs to see if I can find that part number.

There is a Mopar Performance web page. It only shows the new parts that have just come out for the Neon. In other words, they want you to spend $10.00 for their B.S. catalog. If anyone does a full listing of the catalog on the internet DC could sew them for copy right infringements. Therefore, I doubt you will ever find a full blown online Mopar Performance catalog listing. It's the same old scenario Chrysler has been doing for 30 something years. It is business practices like this that has nearly put them out of business. They will never learn from their mistakes.

You can get the catalog at any dealer. You can also get them on Ebay. Most dealer service departments having them hanging on the peg board behind the counter.

Wiplash, if you go get a catalog, get the 2003 edition.

It list 99% of the available products, the 2004 has only a couple pages for the magnums
