Message: I have an '01 5.9L and I get this weird sort of surge when I take off after a brief stop at a traffic light or stop sign. It's almost as though it wants to shift into 4x4. I also feel the surging as I am driving down the road. Mostly on city streets. The take off is the most noticeable. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
