Definately get headers&exhaust next, it will really wake it up considering you already have a cam & M1, look into getting some 4.10's or maybe 4.56's since you have a fairly large cam for a 318.

How do you like the 210 in the 318? what kind of vac does it pull @ idle, etc. I have practically the same truck and was considering the 210 but am now building a 10.5comp 360 shortblock to replace it so I may use a 216 or 218 from Comp Cams.

I'm running the old style Edelbrock headers with a 2 1/2" Y pipe and 3" single pipe with a flowmaster& no cat- seems to work well for me.

Mopar Performance headers are about the most popular and would probably make more power and GS headers are great but may be too large for a 318. For the rest of the exhaust either 2 1/2" duals or 3 1/2" single would be best for performance.

Some people with the M1 put a 'turtle' (you can do a search) in the manifold to get some of the lost low end back.
