 Subject: 55 error code??

Just noticed this the other day - turn off the engine, but keep it on accesory to read the trip meter - after a few seconds I see it change to "55"
What is 55.....an error code or something?
I turn it completely off then back on (not starting the engine) and get 55 again.....any ideas

55 is the code that you get to say that the code output is over. After you read your codes, it will flash 55 to say there are no more.

Weird - all I'm doing is turning the key back to accessory after turning off the engine to get the trip meter reading. I look away and look back and see 55 - didn't do it this morning when I got back
just concerned it being another problem rearing its head.

might be a prob. that the light comes on with only one cycle of the key, but the code is not a bad thing at all
