Hi there I have a 97' 5-Speed V-8 and what
can you do to get more power or speed. I
mean without spending thousands of doallrs?
Also I have a friend building me a dual
exhaust. Dont worry he does it for a livivng.
What I was wondering is what size should I
use for the pipes. I am useing Flowmaster
mufflers but I want the best size piping to use
mainly for power cause my mufflers will make
it loud enough. They will be about as straight
as you can get techniclly if there wasnt a
muffle in there. I was thinking maybe new
chip, some nitrous, intake stuff liek that. New
gears maybe? I am very new to the Dakota
world so I need some details. Thanks alot.
NO turbo or supercahrgers. Yes somday I will
prolly get one but not yet. That is unless you
think that a 2000 doallr supercharger would
get me the power of 2000 worth of bolt on
mods. But hell 3500 bucks will put a new high
perfromance motor in there.
