theres really nothing for under $2oo that will drop you a second.

you did,nt say what your mods are,so i,ll throw out a few ideas.

roller rockers-if you stay with the 1.5 ratio your truck came with, you,ll free up a few hp,10-20 they say,$250-350 rockers,$80 for push rods,
or go with the 1.6 ratio and get alittle lift and dur with the cam you have.

cam-$200-300 depending on what you buy

convert over to carb and electronic dist, ecu, intake and do away with pcm,$600-800

port the heads or change them for the 340-360 heads and have them milled to keep your compression that you have.the 340-360 heads havelarger valves and ports.if you go with 71 or older they won,t need milling their smaller cc,s.
[you will lose a little low end torque]

lower rear-end gears-390,s-410,s-430,s-and still be streetable[430,s are getting a little low for a grocery getter]

b&g chrysler sells a pcm for your truck if you would like to leave it with the tbi-$500
this will help fuel and timing.

just a few to help with your quest.
