I bought a 2002 dodge r/t and had the rear bumper replaced with a rollpan style bumper. The bumper for sale is black and is in very good condition. It has a slight dent and scuff in it where some lady backed into it. She was going very slow, and it isn't to noticable. All hardware is included and would probably take 10-15 minutes to install. I am moving and need to sell it soon. The bumper new is $650 new, and Ill get rid of it for $400.00. I live in Virginia and my zip code is 23608. I'm willing to help pay for shipping, as I need to get rid of this thing.

This is not a flame, but keep it. Youll put it back on once some asshle rearends you and you see how useless roll pans are.

I don't want to step on anyones toes here, but I also have a black bumper for sale. It is off of a 98 dak, and is in great shape. All brackets, bolts, license plate light, everything. The truck is from Fla, but is in N.Y. now, trying to get $300 for it.

On ebay, you will get an aftermarket japanese bumper, with no brackets, no MOPAR stamp, and made out of slant-eyed steel. If you buy one have fun buying another one in a year or two, when it rots out. Do you think dodge would sell them for $600 plus if everyone knew they could get the same for $150.

like i said, this is a mopar bumper with all brackets, plastic covers, and all hardware. I'm pretty sure mr. "ebay sucks" is right about the japanese bumper you are talking about, It also probably doesn't have the little extras with it.
