...compared to the 5.9 offered on a 2000 Dakota 4x4. Are there any differences, in say the cam or intake manifold? Exhaust manifold? ECU?

THE R/T GETS NOTHING SPECIAL JUST YOUR RUN OF THE MILL 5.9
IT DOES GET 5+HP IN THE DAKOTA BECAUSE OF SOME DIFFERENCES IN THE EXHAUST
