I heard someone talking about an "F1" mod for their r/t dakota. Like $500, possibly something to do with the intake or tb? Anyone know anything about thiS?

Craig, You're thinking of the M-1. Its a high perf intake manifold for the magnum V-8's (318's and 360's) You need to get an install kit along with the manifold as the injector bosses aren't quite high enough if I recall correctly.
There are a few places where you can get them like socaldakota.com dakotart.com and krcperformance.com
