I sell the PPH headers for that-- bolt up is easy, you'll need to cut off the stock pipe near the cat-- put in a reducer, bolt to the new Y pipe-- and weld the reducer to your stock pipe-- also weld the cross over 'slip fit' pipe...

If you have the optional skid pads on your truck (if it's a 4x4) you'll have to remove those-- 4x4 only.

You can order off my website, or call me if you have questions.

sam,
the pph headers ceramic coated are my first option- the price for the ceramic coating is killing me!!how much difference does the coating actually make? i know they dissapate heat better, but
I take meticulous care of my ride- just wondering if s/s would be ok -ecpecially if kept wiped down? I plan on keeping the ride a long time!! drive mostly on weekends and highway bound!
I suppose the high temp. painted headers would burn off in time and look crappy?

The coating is worth it-- I went non coated first time around, and they will get water, oil, etc splashed on them-- baked-- and will turn nasty color within 9-12 months (or sooner in hard conditions)-- The heat is a biggie too-- the ceramic on my truck look the same they did 19 months ago-- plus keep everything a bit cooler under the hood.

You can save $$$ by finding a coating place local to you, but the coating on the PPH inside/out is top notch---

if you truck is a daily driver and you drive more than 60 miles a day you can skip the coatings because the heat will burn off any moisture that collects.

short trippers need coatings...

mine are 94 MP headers 1 year old and no signs of rust, 28k miles on them

It isn't a matter of rust, it's a matter of discolorization-- it will happen, trust me-- I've gone through it with 3 sets of PPH personally, and many more that I have sold.

The headers won't ever rust out, they have a lifetime warranty for that-- the ceramic coating will keep the temps down, and not discolor or get that nasty black/gray ashen color that the non coated will turn to eventually.
