So far at 41k miles I love my 2001 Dakota. I had Grease monkey change the rear diff. grease and replace it with synthetic grease and limited slip additive, now I have a slight rear end wine. So I added some BG limited slip additive...it still wines, should I be worried? Whats the deal?

Yes. That often means the carrier bearings are dying. Could last 100 miles, could last 10,000, who knows. Have a pro take a look at them. Dodge is pretty famous for that.
