Is there any way possible to get a softer ride on my Durango (4X4)?

I heard that Rancho shocks may help, but Im a novice to this area.

I love my Durango's responsiveness and agility, but these California roads and highways are ridiculous.

The factory shocks are pretty soft, I thought. Rancho's are definatly a firmer ride, so don't go that way. If you go too much softer than stock the truck will be a pig to drive. I think the Durango/Dakota is an excellent ride for a truck. Maybe you should consider a Caddy.

A Caddy.. hmmm! :O) Wouldnt mind one, but I like my Dodge. Actually, I like what Chrysler is doing, period.

I just didn't know the Californian roads were this bad. I'm originally from South Carolina... smooth country roads. :O)

Actually, someone told me that the adjustable Rancho RS9000 shocks would be a good option. So, I figured I'd get some feedback.

I thought I had a bumpy car before... coming out of an Acura Integra GSR into a real vehicle, Dodge Durango SLT 4X4.

Actually, maybe I should lower the tire pressure. I did just get my tires rotated at the factory and they probably inflated those tires back to max pressure.
