 Subject: I'm stuck! Please Help!

My idler pulley bearings just went south and I'm trying to get the pulley assembly off of the truck.
I have a 2001 QC with a 4.7L engine.
There is only one bolt that holds the assembly to the block and it won't budge.
Does anybody know if that bolt is left handed or is it a standard right hand thread?
Has anyone else replaced this unit?
Please Help.

On my truck (Gen II) it is a standard bolt, righty tighty/lefty loosey. If I remember right, it is either 13 or 15mm.
