 Subject: Shift into O/D or hit rev limiter

i am going to be putting 4.11 gears into my dakota. When i am in third gear (which is my 1:1 ratio with my automatic) I will only be able to go 107 MPH until i hit my normal shifing point of 4800 RPM's. At this time will my engine continue to rev, or will it shift into one of my over drive gears? Please don't ask me why i need to go this fast, i am just wondering. Thankyou for any help you can give.
