Ok well I am now on the market for a used truck and I like the durango's styling and size.

I am thinking about getting a 99 durango w/5.9l and auto trans and around 80-100k miles.

I would appriciate it if someone would please post a summary of the problems with the truck and what can be done to fix the problems.

I already know about the ball joint problem and using the moog ball joints.

I will be using the truck to tow a 18' boat with a total package weight of approx 3000lbs.
I am looking for other suggestions on improving the life of the truck.
