 Subject: 5.9 idle and redline

I recently bought a 2000 QC w/the 5.9. It came w/a NuImage gauge overlay, which doesn't show the redline on the tach. Also, tach shows about 1000 rpm @ idle, which sounds too high. I'm guessing (hoping) it wasn't installed correctly. Anybody have these figures handy?

Your tach is a little high on my 98rt 5.9 the tach is at 500 and the redline start at 5000.

idle is typically around 600, redline is either
5K or5.5K sounds like the overlay is off a little
